Return Policy

IFSCO makes every effort to avoid a return. When a customer is not sure of the needed product, we encourage a sample be sent to our company for review. We may choose to send a new sample of our product to the customer so that there’s no confusion or misunderstanding. In the event that a customer wants to return product, prior approval must be granted first. We’ll need the invoice information to process the return request. If the company agrees to return the product, a 20% restocking fee will be assessed. The customer will bear the cost of shipping the product back to 4301 South Western Blvd., Chicago, Illinois 60609.

Color Samples

Actual color samples may be lighter or darker than your screen. When in doubt, please order a pattern card or fabric sample to verify the color ordered is the color you want. Thank you, Illinois Fibre
